Nicer than anything I've ever hit off of at any golf course, or driving range. 3'x5' is the perfect length for me (I'm 5'11") and I can easily hit every club in the bag with room to spare. It holds tees just like a tee box would, if not better. Fat shots give you instant feedback on the club face without the wear and tear on hands, wrists, shoulders, etc. I personally love the softer, cushy feel beneath my feet - just like a plush fairway would feel in early spring. I use the mat indoors on tiled floors, hardwood and outdoors on the concrete. It moves an inch or so every 12-15 shots, but it's not that big of a deal to me. Just scooch it back, and hit some more. I love that it doesn't leave the green residue on the sole of my clubs, and you can't see patterns or wear marks in the turf after hitting balls repeatedly. Since mine will not sit outside in the weather, I don't see this lasting any less than 10 years. Amazing quality, great product, beyond happy customer. Don't cheap out, you'll be glad you didn't.
